Skilled nursing home operator to pay back wages after legal action threatened

BOSTON: A skilled nursing home company has agreed to pay more than $39,000 in minimum wage and overtime back wages to ten caregivers working at four separate facilities. An investigation found that the care entity violated minimum wage, overtime and record-keeping obligations.
