NEW YORK: The four hundred and seventieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Cypress Partners in Birmingham has a plan for a three-storey building that would contain 139 units for independent and assisted senior living to be run by a contracted company, the Higgins Group.
The development would front on Jefferson Avenue with proposed entrances off of that street, as well as St. Gertrude and L’Anse streets. The building would be a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
