Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy1 NEW YORK: The seven hundred and eighty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.

An application has been submitted to knock down the building which once held Le Spa health club to turn it into a major skilled nursing home.

The joint venture by Court House Care and Octopus Healthcare would see the iconic Stratton Place in Cirencester replaced with a care complex and an underground car park for 62 cars.

The complex would consist of a three storey 64-bed skilled nursing home, eight suites and 36 assisted living units…
