Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophyNEW YORK: The six hundred and fifty-forth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.

Proposals to build more than 120 affordable homes on the site of a former prison have been lodged.

The proposal has now been submitted to Aberdeen City Council.

The scheme by Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association is to include a mixture of around 75% flats and 25% houses – and all of the properties will be classed as affordable housing…
