NEW YORK: The five hundred and seventy-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Pleasanton, California-based ABHOW reorganised its affordable housing division as Beacon Communities, effective January 1 of this year. The company’s development projects are overseen by its Seattle-based subsidiary, Beacon Development Group – acquired earlier this year.
Beacon, which serves more than 2,500 residents in 33 communities, continues to develop new properties and reposition others with forward-thinking design through its relationships with community stakeholders, Beacon President Ancel Romero said.
