NEW YORK: The four hundred and eighty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Developers of the former Terry’s Care Home site have secured a further $3.5 million to work on the site, to fund a new retirement community.
Springfield Healthcare Group hope to create a new retirement community at the historic site due to open in January 2017, which is set to cost $11 million and will see the factory’s structure restored and 82 new care suites and eight luxury apartments at the site. The plan has been submitted for an award.
