NEW YORK: The four hundred and forty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Formation-Shelbourne is building an 85-unit, 100-bed assisted living facility on 3.5 acres that is now occupied by four single-family homes.
The consulting architect is Joseph Zadlo.
The project has been entered in the assisted living design category. This is the fourth short-listed candidate for the Global Award in the design catchment.
