NEW YORK: The two hundred and ninety-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The BeeHive Homes assisted living facility is being proposed by Parallel Companies, Inc. The property is at 13900 Dakota County Road 5 and is made up of two platted lots zoned for single-family residential use.
The proposal would redevelop the site with two, 21-unit assisted living buildings as well as dining and private rooms for people who can no longer care for themselves. BeeHive Homes has similar projects in Duluth and Excelsior.
