NEW YORK: The two hundred and seventy-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The 70-unit apartment complex Housing Trust of America LLC is building at the corner of Liberty and Clay Streets downtown. Architect Peter Fillat is proposing a mix of masonry panels and an abstract graphic for the facade.
The affordable housing complex is one of 25 on the short-list for the award.
