WASHINGTON: Members of the public and representatives of local community groups have been hearing more about a new coordinated approach to working in localities and to using area forums more effectively.
This includes the gathering of data and information about a local area, to community engagement to understand key issues, right through to the creation of a local action plan which can be monitored by the area forum.
The pilot will run for a year before being evaluated and rolled out to other localities…
