NEW YORK: The hundred and ninety-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A 68-unit apartment building formerly referred to as The Downtowner is being converted to affordable housing.
The development is the fifth affordable housing endeavor in Rochester from Joe Weis, president of Joseph Development LLC.
