NEW YORK: The hundred and forty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Manchester-based Sixtwo Architects has designed 16 homes alongside a new clubhouse and community center for Trafford Housing Trust. It will be a mix of social-rented housing and homes for private sale.
The development will be built from prefabricated panels and the homes will be clad in brick, while the rowing club is to be clad in timber.
The project is set to start on site in Spring 2015.
