DALLAS: Boutique apartments for seniors will be built inside one of the most prominent buildings in plans to reinvigorate the landmark site.
A property developer has lodged plans to complete a revamp of the old library and museum.
Under the plans, six luxury two-bedroom apartments with balconies and views would be built inside the structure, which has been vacant for more than a decade.
The building will have apartments over three floors, and a rooftop barbecue area.
