SAN FRANCISCO: A rooftop cinema for residents is the main highlight of a new multi-million dollar apartment complex planned for multigenerational occupancy.
The $70 million complex includes plans for a “large” rooftop entertainment area.
The 23-floor complex, which is currently being considered by a government-planning panel, will house 289 apartments including three levels of tiny studio flats, measuring just 37sq m.
