AUSTIN: Brain awareness has become a global campaign to increase public understanding and support for brain research.
The campaign is focused on brain health and usage.
There are eleven exercises that, if regularly undertaken, can improve brain capacity.
7. Have friends: “Research shows people with five or more regular social ties had half the risk of cognitive decline than those with no social ties,” Dr Shaw claims.
