SEATTLE: Brain awareness has become a global campaign to increase public understanding and support for brain research.
The campaign is focused on brain health and usage.
There are eleven exercises that, if regularly undertaken, can improve brain capacity.

Have a lie-in: Good news – more sleep makes you more intelligent. “Research shows that when you’re persistently sleep-deprived, your body doesn’t have the time to build proteins, which can damage your brain. So go to bed early and once a week give yourself a treat and stay in bed an extra hour or so.”
