Contracts awarded to defunct housing firm whilst it was insolvent

TUCSON: A defunct building firm was working on developments with a not-for-profit housing entity when it went into administration.

The construction company collapsed on April 30, leaving homes unfinished across several sites as redundant workers downed tools.

Despite requests, the not-for-profit is yet to confirm how much it had already paid for these contracts when the building firm went into administration…
