Continued building of historical care centers coming under question

COLUMBUS: At the very moment in time, when all elements in the building process are aligned, generational change will smash the current housing models.

It has taken fifteen years to line up financiers, town planners, builders, architects, operators and the client base all on the same page.

But creating new buildings designed to last 30 plus years, now risks having an empty shell for 20 of those years.

The generational switch will see operators relying on boomers for two thirds of those 30 years.

And boomers will not be coming to today’s prison structures even at gun point…
