Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophyNEW YORK: The four hundred and eighty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

In Little Saigon, new affordable apartments are proposed for families and individuals on a property owned by the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI). Approximately 80 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments will be built at 1253 S. Jackson St.

The design for the building’s storefront place at street level includes shared community space for community gatherings, events, exhibits and programs.
