CHICAGO: Building firm Seddon is working on a £9.4m contract to create dozens of new homes in Runcorn.
The Bolton-headquartered developer has partnered up with Halton Housing Trust, the Cheshire-based social landlord, to deliver 95 homes on the site of the former junior, infant and nursery school on Latham Avenue.
The scheme will comprise 24 one-bedroom apartments along with 45 two-bed and 14 three-bed houses, all for social rent. A further 12 three-bedroom houses will be built for market sale though Seddon’s sister firm, Seddon Homes…
