CHICAGO: Guidance on secret filming in nursing homes has been released for the first time.
The guidelines about covert surveillance are for families concerned about the treatment of relatives.
The advice takes the form of a public information sheet setting out the factors people would need to consider when carrying out secret filming when they suspect mistreatment in nursing homes.
