NEW YORK: The most innovative housing project for the over 50s for the 21st century is being implemented in Asia.
The city center complex is spread over two blocks and incorporates multi-generational living, medical center, childcare, elder care, shopping province, underground parking and storage areas, and is modeled on the Kampung community concept.
The innovative complex is one of 50 concepts being rolled out worldwide to house the over 50s, which will be analysed at the trends seminar in New York.
