Small house assisted living concept slowly winning financial backing

SAN DIEGO: A USA based entity which has developed the ‘small house assisted living’ model is mulling an offer to open in this country.

The Bethesda, Maryland based group has perfected a business support model which relies in part on bank loans and tapping small business lending institutions.

Its eight business care units are seamlessly located within residential neighborhoods, and each house accommodates no more than eight residents.
