Trend to recraft old buildings for over 50s sector use

LOS ANGELES: There is a growing trend to reuse old buildings to target the over 50s demographic.

A grain silo has been re-engineered for over 50s apartments; warehouses have been recrafted as lofts and now a 103-year-old historic hotel is to become an arts hub and dance studio.

This trend is covered in detail in the Seniors Housing & Healthcare Trends.
