MIAMI: The housing choice of the early boomers (65-70) is increasingly falling into two high growth camps.

The stay at home for life is the fastest growing sector, but a previous sliver is now up to 4 percent of the total market.

Spiritual oasis communities are drawing boomers looking to jettison busy lives. The opportunity to pursue artistic sides of personalities, write, paint, think, meditate, contemplate and listen to music in tree, water and ethereal settings is bigger than the hippie movement…
