Suffolk to get part of escrow from failed Foley home sale

NEW YORK: The deal to sell Suffolk’s Foley nursing home for $36 million fell apart in March 2011, but the county will get to keep $700,000 from the $1.8 million escrow deposit the buyer put down after three years of litigation.
