EL PASO: A teenager who allegedly broke into a home at a retirement community, nicked a walking stick and set fire to a stolen car is expected to apply for bail on Thursday.
Jack Adrian Woodward, 18, was arrested and charged with arson, aggravated unlawful entry, stealing, trespass, aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and breach of bail.
