NEW YORK: The eighty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The Balfour at Riverfront Park in Denver is near theaters, restaurants, museums and other attractions that seniors frequent. “I always thought a senior living community in the middle of an active, dynamic city made sense,” said developer and owner Michael Schonbrun. “Ninety-five per cent of the senior living communities are suburban or rural, out in the country.”
