NEW YORK: The eight hundred and eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The £30 million retirement community is on the site of the former hospital, and will comprise a skilled nursing home providing 24-hour nursing and dementia support, village apartments for independent living and village suites for assisted living. It will also provide a wellness spa with swimming pool and gym, hair and beauty salon, a library, IT room, terrace café, garden bar and restaurant, all set within landscaped grounds with a croquet lawn.
