NEW YORK: The eight hundred and second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Plans for 37 apartments for older residents on the site of the Madeira Hotel have been revealed ahead of a planning application.
Developer Pegasus Life, which builds homes for the over-60s, revealed plans for the project at a public showing at the Falmouth Hotel.
The company is proposing a mix of one and two bedroom homes, with social areas, outdoor space, and wellness provision, with properties aimed at independent people and having no care provision.
