NEW YORK: The seven hundred and seventieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
More healthcare-related jobs are heading to Fleming Island with the development of a $20 million, 125,000 square foot senior care facility.
The Panama City Beach, Florida-based Sage Development Group announced plans Monday to construct the 125-unit facility on a seven-acre tract at 1949 East West Parkway, adjacent to the Kohl’s shopping centre fronting County Road 220. The centre will include 46 independent living, 64 assisted living and 25 memory care units and create about 75 jobs.
