NEW YORK: The seven hundred and sixty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Workers broke ground August 4 for Vintage Aliso, a 202-unit affordable senior apartment complex set to be built at 2C Liberty.
The complex is being built by USA Properties Fund Inc, in partnership with the Foundation for Affordable Housing, a Laguna Beach-based non-profit organisation. The $43.7 million project is expected to be complete for seniors to move in by fall 2016.
Vintage Aliso will have 18 one-bedroom apartments and 184 two-bedroom apartments. Rent for one bedrooms will range from $851 to $1,027, and two bedrooms will cost $1,023 to $1,234.
