NEW YORK: The eightieth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
A “development-friendly environment” exists for senior housing, said Dietrich Knoer, chief investment officer at Redico LLC, a part owner of American House Senior Living Communities.
American House is converting the former Cottage Hospital in Grosse Pointe Farms into a senior living community. (See picture below)
