NEW YORK: The seven hundred and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Milwaukie-based Marquis Companies will expand its long-term care, assisted living, at-home care and memory care empire with a new facility in Salem, the fourth new site it has announced in the past year.
The new facility, estimated to cost $11.6 million, will be a post-acute care site in the Salem Parks district on property that once housed part of the Boise Cascade paper company. It will employ 250 people during construction and 70 full-time employees upon completion…
