NEW YORK: The six hundred and ninety first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Travis Hyde Properties will demolish an existing building at 121 East Court Street and construct 60 senior-focused housing units — as well as new spaces for Lifelong, a senior living centre, and professional office space.
Travis Hyde won the building rights for the “Old Library” site despite strong, if not overwhelming, public support amongst city of Ithaca residents.
