NEW YORK: The sixty-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
HMC Land is developing a 63-bed skilled nursing home and a single-story nursery.
The site is surrounded by a mix of uses including residential, offices, educational and religious uses, and it was considered that the principle of a residential skilled nursing home and children’s nursery would complement the neighborhood.
This is the first intergenerational entry in 2015.
