NEW YORK: The six hundred and forty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The WA Government will seek expressions of interest for at least five affordable housing projects close to major rail stations built by private developers on state-owned land by the end of the year.
Housing Minister Colin Holt made the pitch to an industry forum, for private sector developers to build within 800 metres of stations along the Midland, Armadale, Joondalup and Mandurah lines.
