NEW YORK: The seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Architects Jeremy McLeod (Breathe Architecture), Will Smart (Woolveridge Architects), Andrew Maynard (Andrew Maynard Architects), Michael Roper (Architecture, Architecture), Yui Uchimura (Six Degrees Architects) and Tony Lee (Robin Boyd Foundation) form part of a consortium that is developing a series of apartment buildings (20 units) which focus on multigenerational ‘deep green’ living.
There is no car parking, no air-conditioning and no second bathroom…
