NEW YORK: The five hundred and ninety-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Construction is expected to begin next year on Hamilton Crossing, Homeport’s third Whitehall campus.
Homeport is a nonprofit organization that builds affordable housing for lower-income senior citizens.
Hamilton Crossing, a 64-unit, $11.4 million project, was made possible with tax credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
It will be built at the former site of Swimland at the southeast corner of South Hamilton and Etna roads.
