NEW YORK: The five hundred and eighty-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Clanmil Housing Association has acquired a plot of land on Victoria Road to build 39 apartments, including 11 specifically designed for older people.
It’s hoped that planning permission for the scheme will get the green light as soon as possible so that construction can get underway before Christmas.
The scheme is part of Clanmil Housing Association’s aim to build 138 new homes in the Derry area.
