NEW YORK: The five hundred and seventy-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The final plans have been submitted by D & F Development Group LLC for the proposed assisted living facility for 131 East Main Street.
D & F Development principal Peter Florey and Patrick Mixdorf of EGA Architects in Newburyport hope to have the development under way by the end of the year, but a building permit won’t be issued until certain questions are answered, said senior building inspector Peter Sarich.
