Certificate of Need (CON) applications have been filed with state regulators seeking approval to convert independent living beds into assisted living beds at two of his facilities.
Garden Villas of O’Fallon in O’Fallon, Missouri, part of the Delmar Gardens Enterprises family of senior living developments, currently is licensed for 65 assisted living beds. Under the current proposal, 24 independent living apartments would be converted into 30 assisted living beds.
