NEW YORK: The five hundred and seventy-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Developer Taylor Wimpey and Bristol Polytechnic Enterprise are developing land east of Coldharbour Lane in Stoke Gifford.
It will include a care village, offering 261 homes, managed by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust (ECCT). A community village hall, with a bar, bistro, and library will be built on the site.
There will also be a gym, shop, hair salon, craft room and other health facilities as part of the new development.
