NEW YORK: The five hundred and sixty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Sheerwater residents have welcomed the postponement of a decision on whether or not to press ahead with the comprehensive regeneration of the neighborhood.
Councillor David Bittleston, portfolio holder for strategic housing development at Woking Borough Council, announced this week that the full council’s decision on whether to give New Vision Homes the green light to seek planning permission for the scheme would now be deferred until “later in the year”.
The project has now been withdrawn from awards consideration.
