NEW YORK: The five hundred and sixty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Construction is set to begin in the fall on the 135-unit Opal retirement complex by developers Element Lifestyle Retirement. The development will include an four-storey and six-storey building.
“By ‘high end’ we don’t just mean you have beautiful carpets and so on – that’s only the hardware,” says Don Ho, founder and president of Element Lifestyle Retirement Inc. “By ‘high end’ we mean all the services and amenities that we provide, so that a senior would love to come live with us.”
