NEW YORK: The five hundred and forty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Utah-based Jack Fisher Homes is introducing two new communities, said Colin Wright, managing partner of Jack Fisher Homes. “We’ve also perfected the art of resort-style second homes.”
The Escapes at Edgewater’s “The Powell” floor plan has more than 3,500 square feet spread out over three floors. The home is designed for entertaining. It has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two family rooms and two large decks overlooking the lake.
The second parade home by Jack Fisher Homes, “The Prescott,” is nestled among existing fruit tree groves in Fruit Heights at The Orchards at Country Lane. This new community is comprised of just a handful of large — up to half acre — home sites in an established east bench neighborhood.
