NEW YORK: The five hundred and twenty eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Ground has been broken on PhilHaven, a 50-unit affordable and supportive housing development at 2418 E. Hintz Road in Wheeling, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago. Daveri Development Group LLC and Kenneth Young Center are developing the property.
The building will be comprised of 50 apartments configured in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. The first floor will feature the property’s on-site management offices and a variety of common spaces such as a lounge with an adjacent kitchen, technology centre, exercise room, reading nook and a bike storage room.
