NEW YORK: The four hundred and ninety-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Work has started on a skilled nursing home in Pontcanna which will create 40 construction jobs.
The 73-bed development from 55Plus and Principality Commercial, the commercial arm of Principality Building Society, is expected to be completed in spring 2016, said Gareth Chappell from 55Plus.
