New research reveals lifestyle change slows dementia

SAN JOSE: A recent study shows lifestyle changes like proper nutrition and regular exercise can decrease the risk of cognitive diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Research revealed a low-fat, high vegetable diet – and regular exercise – is healthy for the brain as well as the heart.
