NEW YORK: The four hundred and eighty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Alonzo Mourning’s House Trust Group is developing the $22.8 million, 84-unit project, the first phase of a three-phase affordable housing development.
Phase two will be set aside for seniors and includes an estimated 120 apartments. The third phase will include about 80 residential units and will target special needs residents, such as formerly homeless, veterans or foster care students who age out of the system when they turn 18.
